About Us |
|
Trinity is an evangelical, traditional community of faith, seeking to live under the Lordship of Jesus Christ and striving to:
... worship God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit in common prayer and praise, magnifying and enjoying Him forever.
... work together as the Body of Christ, by encouraging one another in God and by exercising the gifts He has given us for the building up of His Church militant here on earth.
... witness to the world God's saving love in our Lord Jesus Christ by our words of proclamation and by our works of Christian service.
Our worship is traditional, using the Book of Common Prayer (1962), the ‘Blue Hymn Book’ supplemented with hymns from Mission Praise and modern language canticles.
On the third Sunday of each month we normally follow an Alternative Service of Holy Communion from the Anglican Church of Australia which, while in modern language, holds true to the theology of the BCP.
Our services are normally as follows each month:
1st & 3rd Sundays 10:30 AM Holy Communion 2nd & 4th Sundays 10:30 AM Morning Prayer 5th Sunday 10:30 AM Family Worship
Sunday School is offered during the 10:30 AM service September-June.
During Lent Wednesday evening services are also held.
